"General" Smolarek is actually a young boy, who is the self-described leader of a gang of valets, known as the Motor Boys, in the town of Nowe. The Motor Boys offer protection for vehicles for any travellers or traders passing through the town, while they stay at the inn run by Irena Szewinska. Smolarek helped the Mad Dogs secure a Humvee on their return from the mission to Silesia to recover the Black Madonna.
