Role
Choose your character's narrative role from a story point of view. Talk with your fellow players and your GM to coordinate everyone's role. Ideally, everyone will have a unique role with no duplicates but it's ultimately up to you all as a group how to coordinate this. Your GM may even have everyone get two roles if the group is particularly small. Examples:
