OPERATING VEHICLES
Some smaller vehicles require only one pilot, but larger vessels require multiple people to operate them. If a vehicle does not have a role listed, it does not need them to operate. If it does have them listed, they require the number next to the role to operate normally and at least half that many (rounded up) to function at all. Some will say "0" meaning that they don't require the role but do have systems on the ship available for such use.

Coordinator: Provides motivation and organization to the crew and between ships.

Gunner: Controls one or more of the vehicle's weapons systems.

Engineer: Controls the resources of the ship (ex. fuel, ammo, energy) and deploys repairs as needed.

Field Agent: Field agents can be deployed off ship or handle threats from within the ship such as fighting off invaders and mutineers. When no threats are present, they serve as support.

Operator: Controls and monitors the ship's sensor arrays including security cameras, long range scanners, communications, jamming devices, etc.

Pilot: Controls the movement and maneuvers of the vehicle.

Support: Support staff  serve a variety of oddjobs throughout the ship but can also assist with other roles need be. Rather than rolling checks to operate the ship, they roll to assist someone else who is operating in the hopes that their teamwork will achieve greater results.

Technician: Controls the defenses of the ship such as drones, shielding, escape pods, etc.

TYPES OF VEHICLES
Vehicles have sizes but anything larger than Colossal uses the Massive scale instead of creature scale for size.

Hover Hover vehicles are standard, in space but rather pricey. In a pinch, hover vehicles can also be used to slowly drift down as per feather fall, but if they aren't designed to do this, using it is considered a stunt so the pilot has disadvantage on attempts to activate such an effect and it has to be sustained to keep the vehicle balanced during its slow fall.

Roller Roller vehicles still use wheels and gravity to maneuver. They're half the price of hover vehicles and have +1 better maneuverability. However, their acceleration is -1 worse, they're subject to difficult terrain, and weigh twice as much.
