The difference between Fables and Legends is that a Fable has a moral.  A warning.  A legend is closer to the truth and is sharper expecting you to know where the pitfalls are.  A Fable will give you clues on how to survive the coming trouble.

Primarily attack to gather slaves to feed their unholy appetites for other sentient beings’ souls – a terrible wasting addiction called the Thirst. Eldar are the living embodiments of all that is wanton and cruel. Highly intelligent and devious to the point of obsession, this race revels in the physical and emotional pain of others, feeding upon the psychic residue of suffering.
  • Familiar: A small creature that assists an Arcanist, an embodiment of the spiritual link to the beings which grant Arcanists their power. Often more intelligent than normal members of its kind with access to infernal powers.
