His clan symbol (a rearing horse) is embroidered on his overthrow, which he wears on a regular basis. He wears his headband tilted upwards, not straight on his forehead, as to keep hair out of his eyes. Artapana is clad in the garb of an archer on horseback, a combination of leather and cloth for optimal flexibility and defense. Like most of his clan, he dresses simply yet efficiently. He often has his bow slung around his back, and a tachi curved blade on his hip. Artapana is very conservative for a young boy, and takes his duties as a clan heir extremely seriously. With his paternal grandfather being both the head of the Asbahura clan and a Sage, representing his family honorably is his greatest concern. For Artapana failure is synonymous with disgrace. He tends to remain as calm and patient as a young boy his age can, doing his best to look ahead and be prepared for what's coming. Though in stressful situations, his calmness will deteriorate. This leads to him bottling his emotions frequently, which isn't always the healthiest option. He prefers to keep things at a distance, physically and mentally. His strangest quirk is his refusal to tell a lie, viewing it as disgraceful and preferring to not speak over speaking falsely. |
Nadir Asbahura(m): father
Aloof and dedicated to the accomplishment of goals, Nadir also has a suspicious habit of disappearing just before his wife asks him to do something. He considers intellect and talent to be prime virtues, sparing little patience for anyone who can't keep up with him. Though Arash is known to be proud and stubborn it is generally agreed that the younger brother makes better company than Nadir.
Minu Asbahura(f): mother
Originally a Shirahura kunoichi before she wed Nadir in an arranged marriage and set aside her kunai for motherhood. Minu is quick to fault her husband and praise her sons, keeping close company with her sister-in-law.
