The Hub is the main communication and intelligence gathering hub in Los Angeles. NWO watchers gather, research, catalogue and dissemanate information from numerous sources, making use of an advanced AI. Occasionally the Hub is targetted by Virtual Adepts trying to gather intel. So far without success.

*Vampires are known to have their own observers in the area, blissfully unaware of being tracked by Watcher infrared cams which detect their lack of bodyheat.
