Gordon Gunn is a Syndicate Disbursement official overseeing the financial success of the Web of Truth. He rarely interferes with field missions unless they become too costly. If you are forced to make impromptu financial transactions while on a mission or lose valueble equipment Gordon will call you in his office to justify the expenditure.
