To determine your character's height and weight randomly there are a short number of steps to follow while consulting the chart:



1) Find your base height on chart by race and gender
2) Roll dice indicated (remember this number)
3) Add result to base height to find actual height
4) Find your base weight on chart by race and gender
5) Multiply height rolled by number indicated
6) Add result to base weight

Of course, you may always select your height and weight if you prefer using the above ranges as guidelines.
