Origins

"I was born in the cesspool that is Tuchanka. Not much else to say about my home planet really. Constant war and bloodshed over females and trivial nonsense until Urdnaught Wrex came into power. Good thing too, as if made my home tolerable again."

"My parents were typical of my species. My mother felt blessed to have me after the genophage, and always said that I was incredibly strong because of it. My father was a true warrior for the Mardok clan, and died stupidly fighting another clan for their females. My mother still lives, and last I heard has given birth since the curing of the genophage."

"An ordinary life on Tuchanka is a hard life, at least compared to other species. All in all I had a normal krogan upbringing, though that's not saying much."

"I always hated my homeworld, always saw it as the cesspool it was. I wanted off planet baldy, so as soon as I could pull the trigger of a shotgun I signed up to join the Bloodpack. They trained me completely in the art of combat, but also how to maintain equipment and how to negotiate the Bloodpack way. One older warrior even taught me how to tweek certain weapons in order to output more force and damage. I got to see many worlds and meet such a variety of creatures and people, and I don't regret a single moment as a mercenary. The evils they have done were not my evils. Most of my current armament is from my old buddies who still live from those days. Anything else came from  my own funds or Mana's."

History

"I can't retire yet, far too young for that haha! So I require a paycheck, a large one doing what we're doing for the Broker. It was Mana's choice however, and I my allegiance is to her first. Don't get any funny ideas, we're not that way. She's a young thing, and is the first being to look up to me as an advisor. A fatherly figure she'd say, and nuts to that! I'm not that old! Bah!"

"I had been doing solo mercenary work for a while before joining up with this crew. Traveling with Mana since the Reapers were defeated. Had left the Bloodpack a few years before the whole Reaper thing happened, joined the fray in the end under Urdnaught Wrex. So no real affiliation other than Mana's crew, and they all work for the Broker. Not that there is a Bloodpack to keep tabs on anymore anyway. I do still have connections with some of my old buddies, and sometimes it comes in handy."

"What did the Broker do? Ha! He offered me a fat paycheck! Not only that but I get access to new toys once in a while, some very heavy ordinance. Mana chose for us though, and her reasons are her own. I don't pretend we're that close."

Motivations

"Once again, to help you get the picture. Money, cash, funds. I eat a lot of food and drink a lot of Ryncol. I also need to expand my novel collection, and some of those are pricey. Especially the physical copies.

"Believe those who are seeking the truth; doubt those who find it. We all sea the truth in some way. I care about all of these truths, and seeking them out. I also care about the well being of my companions and crewmates, especially Mana. The girl needs watching sometimes, or she's liable to hurt herself......also I care about my people's rebirth. I hope clan Urdnaught can lead a positive progression and get us past the warring clans. To regrow our planet and push for a more peaceful existence.

"I almost died for the galaxy, is that enough for you and your pestering questions? No? Ugh fine. I would die for Mana if it was required. Part of my job is to make sure such situations are not necessary. I would take a bullet for any one of my crewmates,  but one bullet isn't going to stop me cold...heh heh.

"You.....really try to dig deep don't you? Bastard...alright but this does not leave this room. There is a reason I have an...issue with intoxicants. When I was young and part of the Bloodpack we had a job where we were to retrieve a box. Not told what was inside, simply retrieve a box from armed guards.

"Deadly resistance was expected and so we were given leave to use as much force as needed to get it done. We hit heavy fire when we arrived, Eclipse mercenaries. Salarian techies and Asari commandos all over, of course with humans mixed in. It was a hard fight, but finally we made it to the building that stored the box. It was a huge box, and it was going to be damn near impossible to get it out with more Eclipse out there.

"The building however wasn't empty, as it turned out the Eclipse were hiding out with this thing in a refugee camp. There was a family of Asari there, who we took hostage. Our leader promised them that no harm would come to them. He questioned them about other refugees, and they told him without question.

"Finding out that there was another building within sight full of refugees, most of them Asari, he ordered me to fire my missile launcher at the building. It would give the Eclipse something more important to deal with while me made our escape with the box. I did it, knowing full well some lives may have been lost in the action...and it worked. for their cooperation our leader gave the traumatized family the best reward he would grant...a swift death......that is why.

"Was it what you were hoping for?"

The Graal Railstorm is an infantry support heavy weapon manufactured on Tuchanka and used by Krogan Warriors to battle Thresher Maw and rival Krogan clans alike. It first saw production during the Rachni wars and has since gone through several light modifications. It's high rate of fire and armor piercing capabilities Mae it a solid choice for large scale engagements.

The mini gun design allows the operator maximum cooling efficiency, consuming on average 10% less energy and requiring 25% less thermal clips. It's high rate of fire produces significant recoil which is only overcome by a backpack mounted gyroscopic stabilization system.  Even the stoutest Krogan warrior must choose between hard mounting the rail gun to a tripod or reducing personal mobility with the gyro platform.
