Refinery
Located on the far eastern outskirts of the city, the petrochemical facilities were targeted by conventional bombing runs early in the war. The fires there raged uncontrolled for days, leaving the property a charred ruin of twisted and rusting metal, and collapsed storage tanks. Spilled fuels and other toxic chemicals seeped into the river which cuts through the heart of the city, creating problems that still persists following heavy rainfalls. The refinery grounds themselves, remain a very hazardous location, although are often frequented by salvagers.
