Fort Grodzisko
Fort Grodzisko is an old Napoleonic fort built near the center of Gdansk. Overseeing the rest of the city, the fort is built on a hill, and allows for great visibility from Orunia to the Westerplatte. A small community once lived lived here in the ruins of the old fort and in a ruined brick gift shop. During the siege of Gdansk by PACT forces in early August however, much of the community was wiped out. It is unknown if the locals have returned to occupy the area.
