Capt. Beale

This former US Army armored cavalry Captain is now a staff officer with the Gdansk International Brigade. He has been uncooperative towards the Mad Dogs and facilitated the seizure of their M2A2 Bradley and the temporary arrest of Major John Jameson McCarthy. On other occasions he has sought to undermine the Mad Dogs of their independence.
