A large trade port and city state. Ruled by a lord high mayor who is elected by the 100 strong civic council.
The city is home to 200 thousand souls of many races, and is considerably wealthy, there are many guilds and merchant companies to be found within the city walls.  The city is broken into five main wards.

The northern harbor district
The eastern craft district
The southern market district
The western residential district
The walled off central district

Within the wards/districts there are also a few unofficial areas or regions.
