- POWERS
- MAGIC/PSIONICS
- Telekinesis & Psionics:
- Ability to move objects without touching them. 'Telekinetic capacity' equals 12(strength) x 1(Level) x 30 pounds.
Maximum amount of weight the character can move at once is 360 pounds.
As a defense, one action and PR=1 to set up, PR=1 per attack repulsed. Requres use telekinetic capacity equal to the weight of defended object.
Can project waves of telekinesis at a target with a range of 14(Agility) x 1(Level) x 3 (42" range), damage based on telekinetic capacity used, PR = 1 per shot, attacks as Hand-to-Hand.
Can manipulate physical objects at will, employing only movement, telekinetic capacity will be temporarily reduced by the number of pounds used. The speed at which objects can be moved is 14(Endurance) x 1 (Level) x 3 inches per turn (42") at a maximum range of 14(Agility) x 1(Level) x 3 inches (42"). PR = 1 per turn per object controlled in the turn, paid on the character's first action in the turn with an additional point being spent whenever the character 'grabs' something else.
Using a telekinetically controlled object as a weapon costs no extra Power and does damage based on the weight and velocity of the object as per thrown projectiles. - Ht Expertise with telekinesis (+4 to hit)
- Willpower defense (reflecting telekinetic control of his own body)
- Ability to move objects without touching them. 'Telekinetic capacity' equals 12(strength) x 1(Level) x 30 pounds.
- Origin / Background / Knowledge Areas
- Growing up in the midwest, Cleo's life was dull until the opening of the city's new bowling alley. In his exhibition for the grand opening, the great Andy Varipapa performed a slew of amazing tricks with the bowling ball, and Cleo was inspired to pursue a career as a professional bowler. He spent all his spare time (pun intended) attempting to master tricks he had seen Varipapa do, until his intense concentration and desire allowed him to open previously unused regions in his brain.
Deciding that he could no longer be a competitive bowler (it wouldn't have been fair), he pursued a secondary career in law enforcement, sort of. He landed a job as a bank guard. After a bank job was thwarted by a costumed vigilante, he decided to become one, as well. It wasn't long after that before the criminal element in Kansas City learned to fear the rumble of a ball rolling down the alley, as their nefarious schemes were foiled by The Bowler. - Agriculture and Sports
The damage done by a sixteen pound bowling ball used as a telekinetically controlled weapon will increase as level increases:
