Sailing
A mysterious technology rumored to exist in far away lands, where the stories say the entire horizon is comprised of water.
Small row boats, single- or two-person vessels, occasionally can be seen navigating Arninen, The River. No real fishing industry exists, at least by boat; most vessels seen are errand runners for the rich and well-connected, or for transportation to and from nearby rural areas.
For some reason, not often discussed openly, the research wizards seem to shun anything having to deal with boats.
