The second floor hosts the rotating Galaxy Restaurant, so called because the floor is a picture of the galaxy. High quality food for all species but very expensive. Always prepared by Chef Gorgonzola.

Kalvin: Hotel security.
Veltrano: Concierge. Has connections. Need tickets to the theatre? He's your guy.
Yolo: Chief bellhop. Has black market connections.
The Man: The hotel manager is simply known as The Man, and he never shows his face, dealing with people via conference calls.
