Neo-Valtian, often simply called Valtian, is a reconstructed form of the Valtian language spoken in the ancient Valtian Empire. In modern Epiros and Notios it is the language of scholarship and international communication, and of religion in certain regions.

Despite its relationship to Lokrenian, Neo-Valtian is considered to be a difficult tongue to master and most of the population have no ability with the language whatsoever. The bizarre script makes it particularly difficult for most lay folk to learn.
