Vigo Dupre - Introduced when speaking with Gaius (Sidonia has met him; he eyed her openly when she showed off her ample assets)

His shoes are provided by a master cobbler (Gunther Cobbler) who prefers refined shoe styles.

Count Vigo - Old Money, has ties to guilds for hunting (Trappers, Hunters, Furs, animal products), and natural resources (Logging and mining), he's also well connected with the money lenders (Especially the Zolier family) and helped secure some of the more exotic beasts held in the arena for entertainment. He's a sponsor of an adventuring company called the "Expedition Adventuring Company**" notable for guarding caravans with high-value products or procuring rare items. He's also reported to collect odd items, especially of the magical variety, but nothing has ever been confirmed (He's rich and old so anything is possible). He's also a very social butterfly, attending any and all major events in the city. He has thirty confirmed children and about ninety grand-children. Not all are legitimate. He's been married four times, the current wife is half his age. The first died from a terrible illness, the second was barren, and the third left after his not-so-secret affairs led to a public embarrassment. Oddly, none of the children suffered or were neglected. Even children from prostitutes he paid the mother handsomely and took the child home. He always brought them into his home and raised them all. Most nobles ignore their illegitimate, aka bastard, children. All of them have his family name and run several of the business he has dealings with.

Rumors: Vigo is a well-respected member of the nobles, friendly to all for the most part. However, some circles say the man is secretly supporting the non-human oppression to squeeze out competitors.

Scandals: He has been alleged to have slept with a number of men's wives and impregnated a few of them. Those allegations have been buried and the accusers disappeared or maybe paid off.

Despite his talk, he has been in the arena, ostensibly for friendly duels, but several matches ended up with the opponent dead. The fact they had previously accused him of something or were a competitor of his doesn't pass the sniff test. But nothing has been stuck to him. The wild beasts escaped or a blunted weapon was swapped, but nothing linked directly to Vigo himself as doing.

Court cases against him seem to disappear within a day or so.
