HISTORY:
Space War One changed Earth for mankind, our Homeworld once vibrant with life, turned into a radioactive graveyard. Due to the titanic efforts of the United Nations Government, nature was allowed to recover and some areas were made liveable again, becoming the new cities of mankind and zentraedi alike.
To our day, Earth is still bearing the scars of genocide, gigantic craters and ghost cities remind the traveler of what was.
Macross City, Alaska, is the capital world of the galaxy ; nested in its center, rests the legendary SDF-1 Macross. Monoliths of steel and glass surround the city, home to the industrial and commercial titans who decide the fate of the galactic economy.
To protect this once violated new Rome, the largest warfleet of the known universe patrols the solar system: The Earth Defense Force.
