On a far-off island in the most remote parts of the known world, inhabitants are land-locked thanks to terrible storms. This island is Rangi Motu, blessed and cursed by the Great Beings to possess a constant flow of elemental power. The place is normally kept in check by a set of elemental artifacts which govern and still the energies of nature, but recently they have become disturbed and ineffective.
