The Halrue, or Blue as they are known amongst other races, are the royal class among goblinoid society.  Those of noble blood, the product of goblin eugenics fulfilled.  While all goblins possess a keen mind, the mind of a Blue brims with psionic power and nearly all of the Halrue wield it in some form.  Their authority is absolute, and their word is law.  Long lived compared to their Goblin kin, the Blue control the guilds, the legions, and the Academy (the center of all Alchemical knowledge in the empire).

Classes:
Alchemist: As paragons of their race, alchemy comes naturally to them and ensuring that great numbers of Blue remain Imperial Alchemists aids in maintaining their grip on the Empire.
Investigator: Blending a knack for Alchemy with an investigative mind, these Blue function as the secret police of the Sorat, ferreting out any hint of disloyalty.
Psionic Classes - All:  Their powerful minds grant them mastery over psionics.  Unusually strong willed and stern for goblins, they likewise take to the Wilder Path with ease.
Aegis: Master engineers and guild leaders, Halrue Aegises are great builders. While their armour offers great protection, it is their ability to shape the materials that make up the world that drives them to great heights.
Cryptic: Scholars, philosophers, and inventors, the ability of Halrue Cryptics to see the connections between things has granted them great influence within the political circles of the empire. They make excellent strategists, whether forming trade policy or deciding where to land a fleet.
Dread: Imperial inquisitors, interrogators, and terrorists, Halrue Dread are licensed to operate anywhere within or without the Sorat Empire. No one is safe from their authority, and their willingness to root out traitors to the empire is legendary.
Marksman: Elite archers and gunmen, the Marksmen are known for their ability to make impossible shots count. A single arrow can turn the tide of battle, or even prevent one altogether. These elite soldiers are only deployed when the Sorat know every shot will count.
Psion: Heirs to the Empire, dating back to its very foundation, Halrue Psions are revered. Their power is legendary to goblinkind, and any Halrue Psion is immediately launched to the highest levels of power within Sorat society. They rule above all others, they have freedom beyond any other citizen, and the Emperor is always chosen from their number.
Psychic Warrior: Halrue Psychic Warriors make up the ranks of the Sorat generals, cunning strategists who are not afraid to take the lead and unleash mayhem on the enemy themselves.
Soulknife: Infiltrators and assassins, Halrue Soulknives are the subtle blade of the empire, eliminating threats abroad and trouble at home.
Tactician: Elite unit commanders, Halrue Tacticians favour leading specialized forces with complex objectives. Under their command, already disciplined Sorat soldiers become a linked killing machine.
Vitalist: Peacemakers, doctors and scientists, Vitalists work to improve the health of the empire. Whether that is studying an illness inflicting the citizenry, working with alchemists in their eugenics program, or brokering peace between rival Halrue, their goal is to ensure the empire lives to advance further.
Wilder: Dangerous and unpredictable, Halrue Wilders are infamous for their iron control. Imperial fanatics, their faith in the empire is absolute, and they will gladly burn themselves to cinders from the inside out with their power to give the empire an advantage. When the dread discover a threat to great to deal with alone, they call in the wilders.

Other classes exist among the Halrue, however they are almost always psionically inclined, taking an archetype or multiclassing.
