Rogue Scholar:

The Rogue Scholar is trying to regain what was lost in the early years of the Rifts. Searching for new discoveries, lost treasures, and anything else which could help humanity in its struggle to survive. This OCC is for the thinking player, being more skilled than battle-hardened. Of course, that doesn't mean you don't know how to use a weapon, just that you may press the power button on the evil machine before trying to blow it up.
