Psychic:

The Psychic was born with natural mental abilities far surpassing the common man. Born in a Coalition area, they are often killed early by Psy-Stalkers or recruited into the secret Coalition ranks, never to be heard from again. Born within the Federation of Magic, however, they are nurtured, taught, and developed into skillful, productive people. They cannot use regular magic, but their mental abilities far surpass those of the Mystic class and they are generally more tuned to their abilities. As a result of their mental focus, they have fewer skills than most other character classes.
