The New Team:
============

The Rebels, holding most of the cards and being the only known people living within the Xiticix territory, have made some demands regarding the creation of another Operation V group. Unlike the previous team, which was ill-informed and under the leadership of the Coalition, The New Team will be recruited by the Coalition in partnership with The Federation of Magic and The Unclaimed, but once they cross The Wall they will be under the authority of the Rebels.

You will be unable to gain assistance from your affiliated group for the duration of each mission, but the Rebels will provide as much as they can to you for each assignment.
Team leadership will be determined by the Rebels once the group arrives at their location.
No information will be passed back to your affiliated groups except through the Rebels, until after you have completed a mission and are escorted back to the south again.

Very little is known about the Rebels themselves, including hierarchy, leadership, and ultimate plans, but much is suspected:

1) The Rebels have been trained and are led by former members of the original Operation V team.
2) The Rebels have a solid number of members alive and active, and are a strong force in the occupied north.
3) The Rebels appear to desire that which everyone desires: Freedom of the North from the occupation of Xiticix forces.
4) The Rebels have large amount of intel regarding the Xiticix race, operations, and plans, which they refuse to share with people in the south.
5) The Rebels have several times passed through The Wall undetected, and appear to be able to do so whenever they wish.
6) The Rebels DO NOT TRUST people from the south, especially the Coalition.
