Notes Regarding Gameplay:
========================

1) Standard Leif game rules apply - no arguing rules from the sourcebook, because we are deviating strongly from them.

2) Try to post in as timely a fashion as your life allows. The sooner you respond to a post, the sooner I can get the next post setup and gameplay can continue.

3) This game is a cooperative-narrative. That means describing how you want to accomplish something will aid greatly in the overall experience, and being clever will be more advantageous than hoping your weapons will cover for you.

4) Combat is determined by players explaining what they want to do, and with what weapons (carried or improvised). I will post with details of how the fights progress, and dice rolling will happen behind-the-scenes to help speed things along. You have to trust me that I have your best interest in mind. The dice will normally favour the players, but poor decisions or lack of posting will have harsher consequences than they would in a typical RPG session.

5) For the love of my sanity, NO GRUDGES! Don't just decide "my character hates that character" because the player once killed your old character or used to annoy you in some way. The more you play in favour of having a better overall story, the more enjoyment everyone will have.

6) We will take a month-long break during July, as I will be away from technology at camp. If you must leave the game for an extended period of time, let me know and I will take over for you until you return. I cannot guarantee your character's survival, but I can guarantee that if they die it will have a big impact on the overall storyline.

7) If you want to invite other people to play, ensure they have read the wiki articles about the game and are up-to-date on the storyline in the forum. That way they will know what they are getting into before signing-on to play. Then let me know and we can setup a way for their character to get in the game on Facebook before they actually start posting.

8) Using the Facebook group as a message board is a great way to avoid filling up the forum posts with non-game discussions.
