This is purely for fun and not of any relation to the game at all. I'll fill this out as the game moves on (so as not to give any parts of it away).  My taste in music varies to say the least and we may not all agree at most or any point on the selection.  But again...just for fun.

If you've seen the movie Knight's Tale, you'd notice that some of the songs were contemporary, albeit classical rock, instead of the sweeping melodies and orchestrations that we are used to from movies like The Lord of the Rings. In an interview, the director explained the choice in the style of music like this :(paraphrase)

"To them their music sounded like our music sounds to us. When a rousing trumpet or a happy and exciting piece were played, it sounded like We Will Rock You to them.  So, I chose music that would mean something to the viewers."

That is the reason for the contemporary soundtrack.  Enjoy!
