Tara is an average heighted woman, with long messy dark brown hair that she like to highlight with different colours dependant on how she feels. At the the moment it's red. Not having much her attire is very limit to the clothes on her back. Some pretty torn up jeans and t-shirt, a nice comfy sweat for the cold nights and a long coat that she keep all of her gadgets, materials and other artistic tools in.

Personality: Tara has always been a bit of a trouble maker. She does what she feels it right and hopes she didn't make the wrong call. She can be a little stubborn at first but if your her friend she'll be loyal until the end.

Currently: Currently Tara is living on the streets of Nova with her new companion Jade. Many of the walls in the lower side south of Nova have some forum of the street artists work on there canvas'. She adopted the nickname Tag because her graffiti art was Notoriously impossible to be removed by normals means. Tara has done a lot of things she's not proud of on the streets. She'll stolen, begged, lied and cheated all so she and her friend could live another day, but she's looking for a way out, to do something more with herself besides being a trouble maker.


History
Tara is a child of the foster system from Gate city. Her two mothers were killed when she was 5,  leaving her with vague memories of her family but not much else thats concrete. She was always a creative and energetic child who had a knack for painting, even after her caretakers would take away her tools. She didn't realize what she was doing at first but the young aritsf came to realize she could just drawing with her hands, no paint required. She just thought it and it appear on the walls...much to the house owners dismay.
Eventually as she got older Tara got sick of the foster system. Apparently not many families could put up with a freak in the family, even if all she could do was draw and change the colours of things.So packing up the few belongings she possessed, she snuck out one night eager to begin a new life on her own in a new city, somewhere where they wouldn't find her and scoop her back up into that hell hole. Her travels eventually ended in Nova.

Now 16 and homeless Tara lives on ghe streets of Nova where she eventually met her friend Jade, a fellow kindred spirit on the streets and they'd been together ever since.
If you asked Tara she'd say she helped Jade out of pity, but secretly the street artist was beginning to get lonely and needed her new companion as badly as she need Tara.
