Elastique is ready to be pulled in whatever direction it takes to save the day.  This lovely lady is tougher than the rubber in an old tire, able to bounce back from anything criminals can throw at her.  She's also stronger than she looks, able to lift a car overhead.  Which is also part of one trick she's figured out that most other stretchy-types can't do, stretching her arms out into working wings so that she can fly around.

Even without her powers, she is a taller redhead with blue eyes.  And even if she would prefer something a little more modest, her full-body, skintight green costume is the only thing that could hope to stay on as she uses her powers.
