Citadel is a striking figure in any form. He shows only two of them two most people though. His most common form is that of a 6 foot tall light-gray statute with pitch black hair.

His second most common form, looks very similar with the same features though this one is formed from a dull silver metal, with silvery hair and eyes that seem to be made from glass. Disturbingly, sometimes electricity arcs between his fingers without him seeming to notice.

His third form he uses only for missions or when pressed as it is the most alien of the forms.
