Players can be eliminated from this campaign. Because the campaign relies on intrigue and partial knowledge eliminated players will not be permitted to rejoin (though hopefully I will be running further iterations of this is ruleset)

Elimination can happen on the basis of:

• Death of the Thane and Skald, which may occur through Combat, Subversion or other events. Further information can be found under Damage and Healing
  
• Loss of all Dwellings, Settlements and Vessels, if a new base of operations cannot be found within one campaign-month (four turns)
  
• Loss of all Spheres of Influence, if new Followers cannot be recruited within one campaign-month
  
• Abandonment, by failure to submit a turn for one campaign-month without notice

Players will receive warnings when elimination-related events occur
