Each race has a number of Talent Points listed in the Racial Summary Table
Here which should all be spend before beginning play. You may choose to increase your number of Talent Points by taking negative talents, or flaws. The names, costs, and descriptions of these talents and flaws may be found in FRP Character Law and will not be repeated here.
