Soothsayer
Once per Month, you may spend 10GP, remain in your Lair and select a Grid. If you do, you are treated as if you were hunting for an encounter and a Unit were scouting the area, and a 99 were rolled.
This Spell acts as one roll that does two actions: Hunting for an Encounter and Scouting. (It still counts as one action.)
This Spell benefits from any of the user's bonuses that affect Hunting for an Encounter and/or Scouting.
(Skills: Scout, Spy, Bard, Lore-Master. Spells: Seer, Ley-Seer, Artifact Hunter, and Telescoping.)
This roll also benefits (and can be hindered by) the first/multiple actions bonuses/penalties.
Important note: Since it is a roll of 99, this triggers the 'roll another die' effect of an Open-Ended D100 roll (so, another roll is made, and adds to that 99.)
The "scout" roll does benefit from your Throne Room bonus.
