Gaining Experience and Skills:
"Leveling Up"
Units can level-up through repeated combat action. This is risky business, but it can happen. As units participate in fights, and survive; they gain XP. Once they gain enough XP to level: They become "Unit Name L#" or "Goblins L2" as an example. This provides a key benefit - One Stat value of your choice is increased by 1.
The following stats may be improved in this manner:
Strength
Offense
Defense
Carrying Capacity
Maximum Tools
Maximum Weapons
Speed (Only once, and only the Type not the numeric value.)
Speed is classified as:
VS = Very Slow
S = Slow
M = Medium
F = Fast
VS = Very Fast
C = Celeritous.
Typically speaking there is no benefit to being able to carry more than three weapons (such as Melee Weapon, Shield, and Ranged Weapon).
Maximum Tools provides a benefit of being able to equip Craftsman Tools, Earth Tools, and Construction Tools, there is no benefit to having more than one of a given type equipped.
