Altered or Annotated Spell Rules
Altered Summoning Mechanics
- Summoned creatures are brought into existence adjacent to the summoner.
- Creatures summoned cannot use spells or spell-like abilities that duplicate spells with material components which are not negligible.
- All creatures summoned are specific creatures.
- All creatures will recognize the caster and may have an existing attitude to be influence on the occasion of being summoned.
- When a summoning spell ends or is dispelled, the specific creature called upon cannot be utilized again until 24 hours passes.
- When the spell that summoned a creature ends and the creature disappears, all the spells the creature has cast expire.
- A summoned monster cannot summon or otherwise conjure another creature, nor can it use any teleportation or any planar travel abilities.
- A summoned creature must be told what to do, that said the player will largely be in control of what it will do {with the caveat that it won't act against its alignment}. If a player summons a creature with a higher intelligence than the players HD, it may act as according to its own desire within the commands given to it.
