Your character has an extremely difficult time working with others in groups and getting along in such arrangements for any length of time. If forced to tolerate the continual presence of others, he will be a grating, sarcastic, and generally divisive influence when he’s not ditching the others to do things his own way. He will frequently find excuses to “scout ahead” or “take care of some personal business,” ensuring that he won’t often be close at hand when he’s needed in an emergency.

Limitation: This flaw can go a long way toward splintering a group in the most inconvenient fashion possible. DMs, be certain that players wishing to take this
flaw for their characters can be trusted not to take it so far that it ruins the game for everyone.
