Create a link = <a href="http://www.website.link.com/">Name of link <//a> <== just one slash

Put a double set of brackets around text and after you save your work it will turn into a link to create a new article.  [(no space)[Title of new Article]]

Make sure to set who can edit - including every sub article you create.  Otherwise everyone on RPoL can edit it.
