Please read through this game WIKI before applying. It gives some information about the setting.

The very first AND MOST IMPORTANT thing is to include an age statement with your RTJ. Even if you just want to lurk I need this. No one will be accepted into the game without one.

The age statement must take the form below:

I am <XX> years old, born in <MM>/<YY>. It is legal for me to view adult content in my current place of residence. I have also read and understood the general rules of the game, listed herein. I also know that there will be explicit descriptions of sex and violence in the game and that I should not join if I am offended by either.

The next thing I would like off you is some information about you. A lot of it is optional but I would like you to offer up something as it gives me an idea of who you are as a player and helps to build up a good set of people who will get along well with each other:-

Lurkers are welcome, but I need an age statement and some evidence to back up your age. A suitably mature writing sample will do.

There may be characters up for adoption. Such characters will clearly be marked with the tag ADOPT ME!

To adopt I need you to fill in the player details section of the character submission form and also provide a writing sample, preferably for the character(s) you wish to adopt.

I will not be accepting characters on a first come, first served basis. I will select those characters I like the best and so you may have to wait a few days (maybe even a week or two) before I accept or reject your application.

Multiple character submissions are allowed, if you are accepted I will accept your best (in my eyes) character.

Provide a brief description. Pictures are o.k. but no nudity please.

Personality

Some primers:-

Describe your character's primary goal, what forms their world view and what drives them to action.

Describe your character's general emotions, their default mood.

Describe any secondary personality traits or 'quirks' that your character has.

What is your character's sexual orientation? If bisexual please indicate gender preference.

How strong is your character's sex drive?

What habits and / or hobbies does your character have?

What are your character's favorite topics of conversation?

What sort of things does your character love?

What sort of things does your character hate?

What does your character fear the most?

Abilities

Describe a supernatural ability that your character has. This will be fleshed out in detail (including the mechanics of how it works - i.e. magic point cost, sanity loss for use, etc) if you are accepted into the game.

List your best skills

List the things you're bad at.

The Character's previous life

Describe the character's background, who they are and what they do. Also include where they come from and indicate a starting point for them.

Writing Sample

Please provide a writing sample of AT LEAST two paragraphs. Please make this in the third person past tense from the point of view of your character. Be as creative as possible. It can be from any part of the character's life. Past, present or future.



The game uses the Chaoism Call of Cthulhu rules. Character generation will take place upon acceptance into the game. No knowledge of the gaming system is necessary to play.
