Ramona is a house maid in the service of Niccolo and Isabella Villanova. She enjoys helping out in the gardens and has a knack for flora, though, properly, her place is inside the house. Ramona has a ridiculously obvious crush on Miranda.

Recently, Ramona was invited to stay at Grey House by Dante when he was attempting to keep Niccolo safe from the machinations of Antonello Falisci. She has kept her self busy by helping Aquinas with the gardens and serving as Miranda's Lady's Maid.
