2 rp Skill bonus - Elvish Grace (Stealth +2 Racial bonus)

2 rp Silent hunter - Reduce penalty for stealth when moving by 5.  May use stealth at a penalty of -20 while running.


Movement
2 rp Fleet Footed ~ Gain Run, as a bonus feat and +2 racial bonus on Initiative checks

Magic - May select a maximum of (3) of the following
1 rp Envoy - may cast Comprehned Language, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, and Read Magic ~ x1/day (required Int 11+)

2 rp Light Bringer - Immune to light based Blindness/Daze.
