Character must conform to game intro: your age is between 16-18, and you are a recent graduate of the school which was part of the town church (this does not mean you HAVE to be divine power-based). Thus, I would prefer races and classes be kept to something that would fit this background. So, no warforged vampires. Sorry. You aren't limited to PHB or such, but it needs to work. Justify your decision if you just HAVE TO HAVE your combination.
Sources Allowed - 4th Edition. Character "Backgrounds & Themes" are not allowed.

Important: Please do not send completed character sheets with your RTJ Application. I won't read applications that include a character sheet in the RTJ.
Also Important: Required posting rate is once every 24-36 hours. I'm merciful if there are issues, but certainly let me know of issues beforehand when possible. If approved, I will need you to provide me a way to contact you besides RPOL in case of internet issues. An email or IM would be just fine.
I will select characters based off prior RP experience, filling needed roles, following the rules set forth, interesting RTJ's, and grammar/spelling.
If you are accepted, you will receive a PM reply from me with more specifics on your character.
