...The hilly areas of Redcreek are so named for the water there, which has been known to exhibit a reddish tint at times. Alchemist speculate this is somehow linked to the rich iron and copper ore deposits that are found there. The town is approximately 50 years old, having been founded by miners, and is so remote that few travelers ever pass through. Few wild beasts or birds worth hunting live there. All in all, an unexciting destination for the seasoned explorer, but a good place to lay low when trying to hide from giant mutant bugbears.
