Captain, or rather Prince, Oargev is the recently inducted commander of the Cyran Borderguard, currently stationed in the town of Torvista. The party was recruited (rather informally) by Oargev after they fended off a wight attack and exterminated the threat to the town. Since then, Oargev has appointed them as a special operations team whose job is to respond quickly to threats along the Cyran border. So far the party has not disappointed him in this regard.

Oargev is known for his diplomatic and political mastery, and has shown to be capable of some forms of magic. His abilities justify his place as the commander of the Borderguard. He spends most of his time at the Torvistan HQ, planning the defense of Cyre and issuing orders to members of the Borderguard.
