Archaic and ancient, this aged gnome is the owner of Ferro's Ink Emporium and employer of Pyg the goblin. Somewhat senile, Ferro's mind is still stuck at a time before the war and speaks of a long-forgotten time when the nations were united as Galifar.

As a dragonmarked of Sivis, Ferro possesses great skill in scribing and writing, and peddles numerous scrolls and magical items from his tiny cluttered shop. His knowledge of runes and magical writings is supported by years of experience in the trade. He recognised the runes scribed on the wight Tibbons and recalled the style as belonging to his cousin, Wynd d'Sivis. His revelation led to more question than answers though, and it seems that Wynd d'Sivis had long since passed on.
