Belak the Outcast:
This mysterious figure arrived 12 years ago and moved into the Sunless Citadel where he found the Gulthias Tree. He used the Durbuluk Clan of Goblins to spread the magical apples across the land by having them auctioned in Oakhurst.
His animal companion, a giant frog named Kulket, was killed by the party. Belak himself escaped after the party attacked him and destroyed the Gulthias Tree.
