The current story-lines are:   None

The following story-line is open to new PCs by existing players who have been active in the game for at least one year of continuous play:

  1. Jonathan (14th level 3.5 human spellthief):  Jonathan (with the assistance of Tara) recently lifted the twenty-year-old curse from the A'nari Keep, found out who wiped out that noble family, and saved the two adult A'nari heirs from the curse and from their own suicidal tendencies.  Where he goes from here, and what he does next, is still forming. This is a "combination mystery/investigation/fight-for-our-lives-against-multiple-factions" type of plot with a healthy (or unhealthy) dose of "angst and potentially tragic outcomes" thrown in for good measure.

  2. Garflin (10th level Pathfinder dwarven cleric), Konrad (10th level human Pathfinder inquisitor) and Anansi (10th level elven Pathfinder witch) :  These PCs are hunting down a vampire lord (and possibly a coven of witches and/or necromancers) with the hopes of avenging some vile acts and staking Garflin's vampire father.  This is a "quest to find the enemy and kill it" type of plot.

  3. Mobley (14th level 3.5 dwarven wizard), Petra (10th level Pathfinder dwarven barbarian), Hamble (9th level dwarven cleric), Maren (10th level 3.5 halfling swordsage), and Dagobert (11th level 3.5 halfling scout/rogue):  This is a treasure hunt for ancient relics of a god -- it is full up with 5 PCs and various NPCs.

  4. Amira (12th level 3.5 half-elf bard), Tristan (10th level Pathfinder human fighter) and Euron (10th level Pathfinder human cleric):  Amira is a Quaj bard whose storyline focuses a lot on social interaction/exploration with only occasional combat.  Tristan and Euron are adventure-loving sorts who decided to go along for the fun and excitement.  They are currently wandering around the frozen north, trying to figure out what sort of monster just escaped from some ancient barrows.

  5. Gabhran (10th level Pathfinder human wizard), Abby (10th level Pathfinder human swashbuckler/paladin) and Amhairghin (9th level Pathfinder human bard): Gabhran has a burning need to see justice done, and is trying to track down some very bad people who did very bad things to folks he cared about.  Abby is trying to set things right for a bunch of orphans.  Amhairghin is along for the ride. This plot-line requires PCs to be on the "good" end of the morality spectrum.  Player-vs-player is not an option.

  6. Iminye (12th level 3.5 elven divine sorcerer/custom prestige class), Tara (12th level Pathfinder human rogue/master spy), Aisha (11th level Pathfinder human cleric), Arlorian (10th level Pathfinder elven Investigator (empiricist):  Iminye, the daughter of a wealthy and powerful elven lord, wants to find out why her half-elven cousin, Ned Foster, was killed and who ordered his assassination.  She has reason to believe Isabel, the daughter of the Sajeem (the elven emperor of Sa'iph) was behind it.  If so, she plans to launch into a quest to Kill the Crazy Evil Princess.  Tara has her own personal reasons to want to take out Isabel.  Aisha and Arlorian have more "for the good of the people" motivations, helping to free slaves from Sa'iph.  This is primarily a political intrigue type of plot with the potential for sudden outbursts of violence.

  7. Donato (11th level Pathfinder magus) and Maximiano (8th level Pathfinder witch):  Donato recently freed his mother from 40 years as a petrified statute in the garden of a fey lord, and he and Max now seek vengeance of the Red King -- whoever that might be.  This is a "follow a relatively clear trail of breadcrumbs, explore, and fight monsters type of plot," and is relatively close to the showdown with the Big Bad.

  8. Tandro (11th level Pathfinder elven wizard/rogue/master spy); Josep (10th level Pathfinder half-elf evoker); Aeroc (9th level Pathfinder half-elven magus); and Charan (8th level human Pathfinder songfilch bard):  This is a political intrigue/city-based plot-line, full of red herrings and back-stabbing and scheming NPC factions.  The PCs frequently split off into separate threads; Aeroc may shortly be peeling off on his own.

  9. Valan (10th level 3.5 elven urban ranger/monk) :  A ruthless amoral assassin'y type, Valan is hunting down a Maguffin that was stolen from his ... organization.  Unlike the other storylines in this game, this plot contemplates the possibility that PCs might end up at one another's throats, so anyone in it has to be prepared for PC-on-PC friction and strife -- and the possibility that the PCs may end up trying (or even succeeding) at killing one another.

  10. Elijah (10th level Pathfinder ranger):  Elijah is currently traveling with Donato's sometimes-loony mother, who is off in search of a fey highland queen (an NPC who has crossed paths with Jonathan and Donato).  He might, or might not, find himself entangled in some clan warfare as a result.
