    Broker License;
        Licensed Brokers are often used by March, and Reprisal Courts to sell, and or act as go between with adventurers and the prize Court. The brokers duty includes to help document the full extent of the "Prize" of its 'value/ interest' this is considered as Hospitality of the 'Lord/Court' and is not charged to the Guests, but the broker can assist in obtaining identification or other data about the listed items, this is considered outside of Hospitality and is charged for, whether required by court or not.

But the main thing that Brokers do is keep a book that list of what peaple in the area want to sell, they have been known if they don't have such an Item in their journal for a fee contact other brokers in the area that they know of to find out if they might have such a listing.

This allows a market for magic to exist without the silly idea of a local magic shop in the back woods.
