Eisai Daigaku (University of the Unusual Talent), or Eidai for short, is a school hidden, somewhere in Japan. Nobody knows it's true location, except those that work there. Even the students find it difficult to recall just how they got there, able to pull random (and surprisingly non-relating) facts about how they arrived. Some claiming a helicopter flying them toward China, others remember a train somewhere near Hokaido, and stranger yet some remember seeing signs in foreign languages such as French, Italian, and English. Truly something is keeping the location difficult to find, but that something can't be too difficult to guess at.

This is because Eidai houses some of the most unusual powers discovered throughout the world. Some see it as less of a university, and more of a place to capture and keep the specially gifted, far away from society. Thinking of the students as dangerous is a common thought for the non-gifted, but fortunately even the teachers and staff are all former students with their own talents. Those found having said powers are scouted by a simple message via phone or written via mail, "We'll come to talk, but we want you for Eidai.", those that refuse... well no one knows... those that accept, find themselves suddenly waking up on this special campus.

Surrounded by a thick forest, followed by an incredibly high stone wall, this campus is immense in size. Stretching out acre after acre, there's even a town located in the center of the school. The town is inhabited by graduates, while the dorms are located near to the class areas. All necessities and luxuries are provided by the school, in exchange for the student cutting off from all society. Despite the classes being normal classes, the extracurricular activities exclusively cater to their abnormal abilities, allowing growth and understanding to these strange powers.

There are four main buildings, the school itself, the men's dorms and the women's dorms stand in a line with a gradual angle, making a central hub in front of all three. This central hub is an out door common ground, complete with a small café, some outside benches, and a fairly sizable library being the fourth building, directly across from the main school.
