On a world known as the Forge of the Gods, a renegade Godling outcast has made moves to subvert the world for his own evil designs. The Gods and Lesser Godlings are contemplating destroying the Forge rather than letting the world fall into the desperate hands of the outcast...

Heroes will rise to face a land that is oppressed and full of despair. The candle of hope of a future dawn has been blown out with the winds of fear and evil. Will the small spark of the Remnants of the Forge be enough to light it anew?

This game uses the Basic Fantasy Roleplaying Game rules and will be modified, changed, defaced, defamed and otherwise tweakerized to fit our needs going forward. The Game Master's role should be minimal, in fact he shall be known as "The Usher" for his job will be to assist the players in getting to their seats to experience first-hand as the Fantasy unfolds. The players will drive the game. Players should expect much more Roleplay than Rollplay.

This game is rated "Mature" due to possible themes of violence, oppression and despair. This is NOT an "Adult" game. I do not feel that foul language and adult themes are needed for great fantasy and they will not be tolerated.

What's going on? - A ten peso Barbarian's Guide to Remnants of the Forge

A is for Axe! B is for Battle! C is for Cutting!

The Barbarian ABCs are simple and to the point. They are usually the only letters one of the hurking brutes ever learns apart from and X to sign his name and perhaps the letter L is for Ale... not understanding that there is a difference between a letter and a word.

Those who live those simple ABCs of life don't require a lot of flowery description nor do they tend to stay awake during dissertations on history and lore. Their lives are about action and celebration of victory. They just need the basics: which way is the evil tower, how much to knock it over, how hot is the damsel to be rescued, and who to sink an axe into.

Hence, the Barbarian's Primer to Remnants of the Forge!
  1. Bad Godling brat called Ulir want to be Big Boss of you and me.
  2. Ulir break out from prison, come here, kill many.
  3. Many people get sick in head (Gray Maladus), lazy and weak.
  4. Lord Orax work for Ulir, bring gray warriors, take Zeland.
  5. Many Morrig die. Many Korrigan die. Should join? Fight Orax?
  6. Crab-man have ship, take to Pirate Camp on sea.
  7. Fight in ring, win title: Champions of Tortanis!
  8. Pretty-talky people talk prettily, too much talking! Make plans for Zel City.
  9. Sneak into city through caves and smelly poop caves, more pretty talk.
