Zombieland is a Freeform roleplay about individuals who band together to survive in the undead wasteland of the United States; in game-time, it has been give or take one year since the apocalypse began.

Whatever your background, you are still not bitten and you are breathing (if you can call that living these days). Do you try and go it alone, or do you try and make alliances with other survivors? Does your character want to rebuild society, or are they just trying to find peace? Maybe they just want to find those they have lost.

This is a long running, successful and ever changing zombie game that you can push in whatever direction you wish. Do you stand and fortify or do you want to keep moving? Your call. But you'll probably need someone to help, which is where the other player-characters come in.

And the undead are not the only thing to fear. Other survivors stalk the landscape scavenging or rebuilding. Any day could be your last. Will you eventually be bitten and become undead? Or will your end be at the hands of another survivor?

The game began in 2010 loosely based on the movie Zombieland, then became more Walking Dead style/orientation because of the popularity of the show. However, the plot lines and content of Zombieland, rather than being carbon copies of different zombie products (like Zombieland the film and Walking Dead the tv show) the rp Zombieland goes into his own, player driven, GM supported plot paths, that are similar to others in the genre but often quite unique and engaging. The game is all about creating story.
