This is the Planet of Draquoon it is ruled by many great creatures, Giants, Dragons.. etc.

It is not inside a great Fortress orb but one of the moons on an outer fire elemental planet, is a fire brass moon that allows entry to the great Ethereal Brass river system amoung the great ethereal brass orbs.  Legend has it that this very moon was a self created prison when what were then to of the elemental Titan princes the greatest of metal dragons had a fight with his wife the greatest of colored dragons over the safety of their children.
